Responsibilities

• Strategy and Targets: Executing and implementing comprehensive hiring strategies to achieve recruitment targets for teachers and centre leadership positions, while coordinating with other departments to align hiring needs with organizational objectives.
• Sourcing and Interviewing: Proactively source and engage passive and active talents, conduct interviews and assessments to evaluate candidates’ suitability, ensuring alignment with culture and values.
• Elevated Candidate Engagement Journey: Deliver a high-level candidate experience throughout the recruitment process, with timely communication and support, and continuously improving the candidate journey.
• Events Management: Engage with educational institutions and organisations for events and career fairs to attract top talent and build relationships.
• Advertising Campaigns: Design and execute targeted advertising campaigns to attract top talent on various platforms.
• Communication and Transparency: Maintain alignment with company values through transparent communication across channels.
• Data Analysis and Reporting: Use analytics to track metrics, assess strategy effectiveness, and provide insights for decision-making.
• Continuous Improvement: Gather feedback from hiring managers to continuously improve talent acquisition processes.
• Ad-Hoc: Fulfill additional duties as assigned by management.
