Aurecon is seeking a senior Talent Acquisition professional to drive end-to-end recruitment across Asia, partnering with Hiring Managers to align workforce plans with business priorities.

You will manage the full lifecycle, lead inclusive selection processes, and build diverse pipelines using data-driven insights to inform strategy and improve outcomes. This role offers engagement across global markets and a focus on sustainable, inclusive hiring.

Qualifications

• 6–8+ years’ experience in end-to-end recruitment, ideally within consulting, engineering, or professional services.
• Strong stakeholder management skills with the ability to influence and build trusted relationships.
• A data-informed mindset with the ability to translate insights into action.
• Curiosity and a proactive approach to finding and engaging talent.
• A passion for delivering an inclusive, high‑quality candidate experience aligned to our value

Responsibilities

• Manage the full recruitment lifecycle, from role briefing through to offer and onboarding.
• Lead structured, inclusive selection processes that support fair and confident hiring decisions.
• Deliver consistent, high-quality hiring outcomes aligned to Aurecon’s standards of excellence.
• Identify, engage, and nurture diverse talent through innovative sourcing strategies.
