Viventis Search Asia is seeking a service sales and operations coordinator to manage opportunities, coordinate service delivery, and support key accounts from BGC, Taguig in a hybrid setup. You will liaise with KAMs and Sales Managers, ensuring timely service execution and superior customer satisfaction.

The role requires 3–4 years in service administration or sales support, strong Excel and SAP skills, and the ability to work cross-functionally in a technical industry.

Formación

• Bachelor's degree in business, Engineering, Technical Studies, or related discipline.
• Minimum 3-4 years of experience in service administration, customer service, sales support, or operational coordination.
• Preferred background in Service Operations, Sales Operations, Aftermarket Services, Technical Sales Support, Contract Administration, or B2B Account Coordination in industrial/engineering/technical services.
• Previous leadership experience in an administrative or customer-facing environment.
• Advanced Microsoft Excel skills.
• Strong SAP knowledge and experience.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office applications.
• Strong analytical and reporting capabilities.
• Outstanding customer service orientation.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
• Proactive, detail-oriented, and results-driven.

Responsabilidades

• Lead the administration of service sales opportunities in collaboration with Services KAMs and Services Sales Managers.
• Act as the primary contact for customers regarding service-related inquiries and requests.
• Coordinate and communicate maintenance schedules, service interventions, permanent solutions, and rebuilding kit requirements with customers.
• Ensure timely and professional resolution of customer inquiries by coordinating with relevant internal teams, including Technical Sales.
• Support service contract administration and execution activities.
• Coordinate and confirm resource availability for service delivery.
• Monitor service delivery progress and ensure compliance with agreed service levels.
• Build and maintain strong customer relationships through proactive communication.
• Support transactional sales growth by identifying customer needs and facilitating effective solutions.
• Participate in customer satisfaction reviews and improvement initiatives with service teams.
• Maintain accurate customer master data to support service and sales operations.
• Generate and analyze reports using SAP and Excel to support business decisions.
• Ensure compliance with internal policies, procedures, and service standards.
• Contribute to service sales strategies and Key Account Plans through data analysis and business insights.
• Drive process improvements, operational efficiency, and productivity initiatives.
• Support organizational change and continuous improvement programs.
