Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in business/real estate related field.
• 5+ years in Real Estate Sales, Business Development, Corporate/Digital Sales, or Sales Management.
• At least 2 years in supervisory/managerial role.
• Proven track record of achieving/exceeding sales targets.
• Experience managing corporate accounts, partnerships, and digital lead generation preferred.

Responsibilities

• Lead Corporate and Digital Sales Teams to meet monthly, quarterly, and annual targets.
• Develop and implement sales strategies supporting revenue and market penetration.
• Monitor performance, productivity, and conversion metrics; take corrective actions.
• Align marketing initiatives and lead generation with actual sales results.
• Manage sales pipeline and lead progression across channels.
• Build and maintain strategic corporate relationships and partnerships.
• Negotiate and execute corporate sales programs and employee housing/group purchases.
• Conduct account presentations, project briefings, and business development meetings.
• Maintain strong engagement with key accounts for growth.
• Oversee digital sales activities and optimize lead conversion across online channels.
• Collaborate with Marketing to improve campaign effectiveness and lead quality.
• Manage key corporate/institutional accounts and respond to client inquiries.
