Job summary

SGS is seeking a Sales Development Representative in the Philippines to develop new leads, understand customer needs, and deliver SGS solutions with strong technical knowledge of SGS offerings. The role emphasizes building rapport, managing leads, and preparing quotes in line with SGS standards.

The position involves outbound prospecting, discovery sessions, and collaboration with Client Services and Sales teams.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience.
• English at C1 level or higher.
• 2 years of prior experience, preferably in professional services.
• Phone sales experience is a plus.
• Proficient with Salesforce and Windows with CRM usage.
• Experience with PandaDoc/ZoomInfo/Sales Navigator is beneficial.

Responsibilities

• Develop business opportunities and leads and convert into sales.
• Contact prospective and existing customers to discuss needs.
• Conduct discovery sessions with leads.
• Answer client questions by phone/email and provide supporting documentation.
• Maintain lead and client inquiry data in CRM (Salesforce).
• Generate bids and prepare quotes per SGS standards.
• Receive, qualify and respond to inquiries and coordinate with sales team.
