Job summary

SYSGEN RPO seeks a hands-on Director of Sales to lead our Philippines-based team, drive revenue growth, and boost performance across existing accounts and new opportunities. The role emphasizes execution, data-driven decisions, and real-time coaching in daily operations.

You will monitor pipeline activity, coach reps, and collaborate with Marketing, RevOps, and leadership to improve conversion rates and ensure targets are met. This is an onsite role based in Quezon City with weekday night shifts.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Business, Sales, Marketing, or a related field is preferred.
• 3–5 years of sales management or senior leadership experience at Director level or equivalent.
• 3–5 years of people management experience coaching and developing sales teams.
• Proven track record in meeting revenue targets and managing budgets.
• Experience with customer accounts, product portfolios, and sales budgets.
• Strong understanding of sales processes, negotiation, objection handling, and deal closing.
• Experience using CRM systems, spreadsheets, dashboards, and sales reporting tools.
• Excellent English communication and reporting skills.

Responsibilities

• Monitor daily sales performance, conversion rates, and CRM activity.
• Join high-priority calls, support deal strategies, and negotiate within guidelines.
• Maintain CRM records and timely follow-up on opportunities.
• Lead SDRs and Inside Sales to improve lead response times and deal progression.
• Review accounts and reallocate for priority-focused execution.
• Lead, coach, and develop sales reps to improve closing and objection handling.
• Conduct daily team check-ins to align targets and accountability.
• Build a performance-driven culture with dashboards, reports, and forecasts.
• Collaborate with Ecommerce, Marketing, RevOps, and leadership to improve campaigns.
• Represent the Philippines sales team in cross-functional discussions and communicate client feedback.
