Job summary

SGS, the world’s leading testing, inspection and certification company, is seeking a GBS Sales Support professional in the Philippines. This role supports Sales Representatives and Managers by preparing quotations, compiling documentation, and updating quotes in CRM and LIMS, while conducting market research and data entry tasks.

The ideal candidate has a Bachelor’s degree, strong English skills (B2 or better), and experience in sales support within professional services.

Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree in fields specified by the hiring Affiliate, or equivalent educational background and experience.
B2 level English or better, with commensurate spoken fluency.
Prior sales support in the professional services industry is desirable.
Ability to read and interpret documents such as safety rules, operating and maintenance instructions, and procedure manuals.
Ability to effectively present information in one‑on‑one and small group situations to customers or employees.
Demonstrate integrity and adhere to company policies and procedures.

Responsibilities

Assist Sales Representatives and Managers in lead investigations and documentation.
Generate client quotations and update quotes in CRM.
Enter quotations and RFPs into LIMS/CRM and related systems.
Support market research and data updates for customers.
Maintain professional communication with sales staff and customers.
