Qualifications

• 5+ years in HR with at least 3 years in a leadership role (Retail/FMCG experience preferred).
• Deep familiarity with the Philippine Labor Code and local employment practices.
• Strong mediation, investigation, and communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Lead employee relations including conflict resolution and workplace investigations.
• Develop and enforce HR policies across CDO locations to ensure compliance.
• Oversee performance management cycles, goal setting, and improvement plans.
• Manage full recruitment lifecycle from postings to onboarding.
• Identify regional training needs and coordinate development programs.
• Collaborate with payroll to address compensation and benefits inquiries.
