Qualifications

• 5+ years in HR with at least 3 years in a leadership role (Retail/FMCG experience preferred).
• Deep familiarity with the Philippine Labor Code and local employment practices.
• Strong mediation, investigation, and communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Lead HR function for the Davao region as a strategic partner to management.
• Ensure operational excellence and legal compliance across all local sites.
• Oversee employee relations, conflict resolution, and workplace investigations.
• Manage policy development and enforcement across retail and office locations.
• Oversee performance management, goal setting, and improvement plans.
• Spearhead talent acquisition from postings to onboarding.
• Identify regional training needs and coordinate development sessions.
