Job summary

HRTX is seeking an HR Business Partner – Operations to serve as a strategic and hands-on HR partner to assigned units, branches, and teams in Cebu. You will address employee relations, staffing, performance, policy implementation, and day-to-day HR matters.

The role suits an HR professional with experience supporting multi-site, branch-based environments such as automotive, retail, or distribution, working with managers to ensure workforce continuity and compliance with Philippine labor laws.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Psychology, Business Administration, or a related field.
• Experience as an HR Partner or Generalist in operations-driven environments.
• Strong knowledge of Philippine labor laws and company policies.
• Ability to manage employee relations cases with confidentiality and professionalism.

Responsibilities

• Serve as the primary HR business partner for assigned operational units, branches, or departments, providing timely guidance on people-related matters.
• Address employee relations concerns including workplace conflicts, grievances, disciplinary cases, attendance issues, and policy violations.
• Manage and document employee relations cases in accordance with policies and Philippine labor regulations.
• Provide HR guidance to managers on performance management, corrective actions, and employee conduct.
• Support manpower planning, staffing concerns, and organizational needs across operations.
• Coordinate with Recruitment, Compensation & Benefits, Learning & Development, and HR Administration to address workforce requirements.
