Job summary

PM Consulting is seeking a Regional HR Manager (HRBP) to oversee HR strategies across multiple sites in the Cagayan De Oro region. This on-site role partners with business leaders to drive workforce planning, recruitment, onboarding, and retention while ensuring compliance with Philippine labor laws.

The ideal candidate brings 7–10 years of HR experience with regional exposure, 3–5 years in a leadership role, and strong stakeholder management and communication skills.

Qualifications

This role will serve as a key business partner, ensuring HR initiatives align with organizational goals while fostering a high-performance and people-focused culture.

Key Responsibilities
