Job summary

HRTx Inc. is seeking an experienced HR Manager to oversee all HR functions in Bulacan onsite, promoting strong employee relations and compliance with Philippine labor laws. The role focuses on recruitment, onboarding, performance management, and policy implementation.

You will lead HR initiatives, guide management, and ensure robust records and confidentiality while aligning HR programs with business objectives.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Psychology, Business Administration, or related field.
• Proven experience in HR management or a similar leadership role.
• Strong knowledge of Philippine labor laws and HR best practices.
• Excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to handle confidential information with integrity.
• Experience in logistic, manufacturing, or retail is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Oversee end-to-end HR operations including recruitment, onboarding, employee relations, and performance management
• Develop and implement HR policies, procedures, and programs aligned with business objectives
• Provide HR guidance and support to management and department leaders
• Ensure compliance with Philippine labor laws and company regulations
