Qualifications

• At least 5 years of experience in business development or sales, preferably in real estate.
• Minimum overall experience of 7 years, ideally in retail or real-estate domain.

Responsibilities

• Secure new and expanded business opportunities through networking and cross-selling.
• Provide pertinent leasing information to tenants and landlords.
• Prepare Request for Proposals and analyze data for real-estate reports.
• Maintain updated knowledge of market conditions and property values.
• Support the Business Line Leader in achieving KPIs for the business unit.
