Shopee Philippines Inc. is seeking a Special Project Manager for FBS to drive strategic initiatives, optimize performance, and oversee P&L management across the Fulfillment by Shopee program.

You will lead cross-functional projects, build dashboards, and analyze financials to support sustainable growth while enhancing seller experience and operational efficiency.

This role requires strong analytical skills, experience in ecommerce or logistics, and a proactive, detail-oriented mindset.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Finance, Economics, Engineering, or related field; MBA a plus.
• 4+ years in project management, strategy, operations, or financial analysis in ecommerce/logistics is a plus.
• Strong financial acumen with P&L management, cost optimization, and forecasting.
• Excellent analytical skills with Excel, SQL, or BI tools for data-driven decisions.
• Strong automation skills to streamline processes and improve efficiency.
• Strong problem-solving skills with a structured approach to challenges.
• Ability to manage cross-functional stakeholders and drive alignment across teams.
• Highly adaptable, detail-oriented, and able to handle multiple projects in a fast-paced environment.
• Strong sense of ownership and accountability in driving results.

Responsibilities

• Support the program lead in strategic planning and execution of key FBS initiatives.
• Identify and drive process improvements to enhance seller experience and operational efficiency.
• Manage cross-functional projects with internal teams to improve program performance.
• Track and analyze P&L performance, ensuring revenue growth and cost efficiency.
• Monitor key financial metrics to maintain profitability.
• Provide financial projections and cost optimization strategies to improve long-term sustainability.
• Develop dashboards and reports to track FBS performance and key KPIs.
• Analyze seller data to improve adoption, retention, and conversion rates.
• Explore new growth opportunities, pricing models, and operational enhancements to drive scalability.
