Shopee Manila is seeking an Operations professional to own high-impact projects end-to-end, turning ideas into execution. You will analyze data, develop strategic insights, and drive seller/buyer experience improvements across cross-functional teams in a dynamic ecommerce environment.

The role emphasizes ownership, proactive planning, and clear executive communication, with a focus on implementing scalable features and process enhancements that influence regional operations.

Qualifications

• Experience in operations, strategy, or program management within ecommerce, marketplaces, or tech-enabled businesses.
• Strong data analysis skills and the ability to derive insights from data sets and turn into actionable steps.
• Ability to own projects from concept through execution and iteration.
• Excellent verbal and written communication; strong slide-making for executive audiences.

Responsibilities

• Generate analysis, insights, and reports to guide strategy and initiatives for the assigned segment.
• Present key initiatives to upper management and formulate action plans.
• Develop frameworks to identify seller behavior and sanction where needed with minimal platform impact.
• Collaborate with cross-market teams to keep seller experience at the forefront of product strategy.
• Plan and execute feature improvements, gathering information and presenting compelling cases for implementation.
• Lead end-to-end implementation plans for new features and oversee risk mitigation.
