Job summary

Shopee is seeking a Special Project Manager for the Fulfillment by Shopee (FBS) program in Manila. You will support the FBS team in strategic planning, drive cross-functional initiatives, and manage projects that improve seller experience and profitability.

You will monitor P&L, analyze financial metrics, and develop dashboards to track performance. The role requires strong analytical skills, Excel/SQL proficiency, and a proactive, detail-oriented mindset.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree required; MBA preferred.
• 4+ years in PM, strategy, operations or financial analysis.
• Experience with e-commerce/logistics or supply chain is a plus.
• Strong financial acumen including P&L, forecasting, cost optimization.

Responsibilities

• Support program lead in strategic planning and execution of FBS initiatives.
• Drive process improvements to enhance seller experience and efficiency.
• Manage cross-functional projects with Seller Ops, Logistics, BD, Finance, Tech.
• Develop dashboards and reports to monitor KPIs and performance.
• Analyze seller data to improve adoption, retention and conversion.
• Identify growth opportunities, pricing models, and operational enhancements.
