Job summary

Shopee Philippines in Manila seeks a Logistics Strategy & PMO professional to elevate the end-to-end eCommerce delivery experience. You will diagnose bottlenecks, design system and process improvements, and lead cross-functional execution with internal teams and external 3PL partners.

Responsibilities include data-driven impact sizing, establishing KPIs and dashboards, and presenting results to senior management.

Qualifications

2 to 4 years of experience in project management, operations strategy, management consulting, or eCommerce logistics.
Degree in Industrial Engineering, Management Engineering, Business Administration, Supply Chain Management, or related field.
Alternative hands-on experience in high-growth tech platforms, 3PL operations, or tech-enabled supply chain environments will be considered.
Strong data analysis and ability to size impact using spreadsheets and basic modeling.

Responsibilities

Drive End-to-End Logistics UX initiatives: identify friction points across the logistics journey and design user-centric improvements.
Lead Process and System Re-Engineering with internal product/tech teams and external 3PL partners to update SOPs and integrations.
Execute Structured Project Management and Debottlenecking: scope, plan, and manage complex logistics projects end-to-end and track adoption.
Conduct Data-Driven Impact Sizing and Problem Structuring: size issues, model cost-benefit trade-offs, and prioritize initiatives.
Drive Stakeholder Alignment and Senior Management Reporting: coordinate across Product, Engineering, Operations, and 3PL teams and present updates to leadership.
