Job summary

Shopee is seeking a Special Project Manager for the Fulfillment by Shopee (FBS) program in Manila. You will support the FBS team in strategic planning, drive cross-functional initiatives, and manage projects that improve seller experience and profitability.

You will monitor P&L, analyze financial metrics, and develop dashboards to track performance. The role requires strong analytical skills, Excel/SQL proficiency, and a proactive, detail-oriented mindset.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree required; MBA preferred.
• 4+ years in PM, strategy, operations or financial analysis.
• Experience with e-commerce/logistics or supply chain is a plus.
• Strong financial acumen including P&L, forecasting, cost optimization.

We are looking for a Special Project Manager for Fulfillment by Shopee (FBS) program. The candidate will support the FBS team in driving strategic initiatives, optimizing performance, and ensuring long-term profitability. This role will focus on high-impact projects, process improvements, and P&L management to enhance FBS operations, seller experience, and financial sustainability.

Job Description:

Strategy & Project Management

• Support the program lead in strategic planning and execution of key FBS initiatives.
• Identify and drive process improvements to enhance seller experience and operational efficiency.
• Manage cross-functional projects with internal teams (Seller Ops, Logistics, BD, Finance, Tech) to improve program performance.

P&L Monitoring & Financial Analysis

• Track and analyze P&L performance, ensuring revenue growth and cost efficiency.
• Monitor key financial metrics to maintain profitability.
• Provide financial projections and cost optimization strategies to improve long-term sustainability.

Performance Monitoring & Growth

• Develop dashboards and reports to track FBS performance and key KPIs.
• Analyze seller data to improve adoption, retention, and conversion rates.
• Explore new growth opportunities, pricing models, and operational enhancements to drive scalability.

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Finance, Economics, Engineering, or a related field. An MBA is a plus
• 4+ years of experience in project management, strategy, operations, or financial analysis (e-commerce, logistics, or supply chain experience is a plus).
• Strong financial acumen, with experience in P&L management, cost optimization, and forecasting.
• Excellent analytical skills, with proficiency in Excel, SQL, or BI tools for data-driven decision-making.
• Strong automation skills, with the ability to develop, implement, and maintain automated solutions that streamline processes, reduce manual work, and improve operational efficiency.
• Strong problem-solving skills with a structured approach to tackling challenges.
