Shopee Philippines is seeking a proactive Account Manager to support and grow our FBS seller base. You will work with senior seller stakeholders and internal teams to drive performance, retention, and sales growth.

The role combines relationship management, business analysis, and operational execution; the ideal candidate is customer-focused, mature, and capable of handling complex accounts independently, with strong Excel/Google Sheets skills.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Operations, or related field.
• 3–5 years experience in account management, operations, or e-commerce fulfillment.
• Proficient in Excel/Google Sheets; data-driven and analytical.
• Fluency in English and Mandarin proficiency is required.

Responsibilities

• Serve as the main contact for assigned sellers, including senior stakeholders.
• Build long-term, trust-based relationships and drive seller engagement and satisfaction.
• Coordinate with warehouse, logistics, and finance teams to resolve seller issues.
• Analyze data to identify growth opportunities and risks; support campaigns.
