Job summary

Shopee Manila is seeking a Special Project Manager for the Fulfillment by Shopee (FBS) program. You will support strategic planning, drive process improvements, and manage cross-functional projects to improve seller experience and operational efficiency.

You’ll monitor P&L, provide forecasts, and develop dashboards to track performance and KPIs. A strong analytical mindset and automation skills are essential to scale profitability and long-term sustainability.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Finance, Economics, Engineering, or related field.
• MBA is a plus.
• 4+ years of experience in project management, strategy, operations, or financial analysis.

Responsibilities

• Support the program lead in strategic planning and execution of key FBS initiatives.
• Identify and drive process improvements to enhance seller experience and operations.
• Manage cross-functional projects with internal teams to improve program performance.
• P&L monitoring and financial analysis to ensure profitability and growth.
• Develop dashboards and reports to track FBS performance and KPIs.
