Job summary

Shopee is seeking a mid-level Project Manager to elevate the eCommerce logistics UX and drive end-to-end improvements across buyer and seller experiences. You will diagnose bottlenecks, design system solutions, and lead cross-functional execution with internal teams and external 3PL partners.

Qualifications

• 2–4 years in project management, operations strategy, management consulting, or ecommerce logistics.
• Degree in Industrial Engineering, Management Engineering, Business Administration, Supply Chain Management or related.
• Equivalent hands-on experience in high-growth tech platforms or 3PL ops will be considered.

Responsibilities

• Drive End-to-End Logistics UX Initiatives across buyers and sellers.
• Lead Process and System Re-Engineering with internal teams and 3PL partners.
• Execute structured project management and debottlenecking with clear KPIs.
• Perform data-driven sizing and problem structuring for high-value initiatives.
• Lead stakeholder alignment meetings and report to senior management.
