Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Finance, Economics, Engineering, or related field; MBA a plus.
• 4+ years in project management, strategy, operations, or financial analysis in ecommerce/logistics is a plus.
• Strong financial acumen with P&L management, cost optimization, and forecasting.
• Excellent analytical skills with Excel, SQL, or BI tools for data-driven decisions.
• Strong automation skills to streamline processes and improve efficiency.
• Strong problem-solving skills with a structured approach to challenges.

The candidate will support the FBS team in driving strategic initiatives, optimizing performance, and ensuring long-term profitability. This role will focus on high-impact projects, process improvements, and P&L management to enhance FBS operations, seller experience, and financial sustainability.

Strategy & Project Management

• Support the program lead in strategic planning and execution of key FBS initiatives.
