Qualifications

• 3-7 years of experience in business development, sales, or account management.
• Experience in cold chain, logistics, warehousing or supply chain.
• Proven track record in achieving sales targets.
• Excellent negotiation, communication, and presentation skills.
• Willingness to travel as required.

Responsibilities

• Identify, develop, and pursue new business opportunities and strategic partnerships.
• Build and maintain long-term relationships with clients, partners, agents, suppliers, and stakeholders.
• Conduct market research to identify trends and customer needs.
• Develop and execute business development strategies aligned with company goals.
• Prepare and deliver sales presentations, proposals, and negotiations.
• Manage the sales pipeline from lead generation to deal closure.
• Collaborate with purchasing, supply chain and warehouse teams to support operations.
• Track performance metrics, prepare reports, and provide forecasts to management.
