Job summary

Miescor Logistics Inc. is seeking a dynamic Business Development professional in Metro Manila to identify and pursue new opportunities, build strong client relationships, and coordinate with internal teams to meet client needs.

The role requires proven experience in business development or related fields, strong communication and negotiation skills, and willingness to travel for client visits. A related bachelor's degree is preferred to drive growth and achieve sales targets.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Management, or a related field.
• With experience in Business Development, Sales, Account Management, or related roles preferred.
• Strong communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
• Excellent interpersonal and relationship-building skills.
• Results-oriented and able to work with minimal supervision.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office and other business tools.
• Willing to travel or conduct client visits when required.
• With a strong network or existing client portfolio is an advantage.

Responsibilities

• Identify and develop new business opportunities and potential clients.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with existing and prospective clients.
• Conduct market research to identify potential customers and business opportunities.
• Prepare business proposals, presentations, and other client-related documents.
• Coordinate with internal teams to ensure client requirements are properly addressed.
• Negotiate and assist in closing business deals.
• Monitor market trends, competitors, and industry developments.
• Achieve assigned sales/business development targets.
• Prepare regular reports on business development activities and pipeline.
