Qualifications

2–4 years of sourcing, recruitment, or talent acquisition experience.
Sourcing across functions (corporate, technical, operations, finance, sales, or leadership) is a plus.
Strong knowledge of sourcing platforms and recruitment tools.
Familiarity with Boolean search techniques and talent mapping.

Responsibilities

Source qualified candidates through platforms like LinkedIn, job portals, social media, referrals, and internal databases.
Conduct market research and build pipelines for current and future vacancies.
Develop and maintain candidate pools for key roles.
Endorse shortlisted candidates with profiles and assessments to recruiters or hiring managers.
Log all candidate information and sourcing activities in ATS or recruitment database.
