Job summary

Our Clients is seeking a strategic and results-driven Sourcing Manager to lead talent sourcing initiatives across multiple functions and business units. This role builds strong pipelines, optimizes sourcing channels, and ensures a steady flow of high-quality candidates to support the organization's hiring needs.

You will develop and execute sourcing strategies aligned with workforce plans, map talent, and partner with Recruitment Managers and HR Business Partners to understand hiring needs.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in HR, Psychology, Business, or related field.
• 5 years of experience in sourcing, recruitment, or talent acquisition.
• Strong experience in passive sourcing and talent mapping.
• Proficiency in LinkedIn Recruiter, ATS platforms, and sourcing tools.
• Experience in handling both volume and specialized hiring is an advantage.
• Strong research, analytical, and stakeholder management skills.
• Excellent communication and candidate engagement skills.

Responsibilities

• Develop and execute sourcing strategies aligned with hiring plans.
• Build and maintain pipelines for critical, niche, and high-volume roles.
• Identify and optimize sourcing channels (LinkedIn, job boards, referrals, talent communities).
• Conduct proactive talent mapping and market intelligence for key roles.
• Engage passive candidates and nurture long-term talent relationships.
• Partner with Recruitment Managers and HR Business Partners to understand hiring needs.
• Track and analyze sourcing metrics like time-to-source and quality of hire.
• Support employer branding initiatives to attract top talent.
• Utilize ATS, CRM systems, and automation platforms in sourcing.
