Job summary

PM Consulting is seeking a Talent Acquisition Officer to support a 5-month project, handling sourcing, screening, interviews, assessments, recruitment coordination, and records.

You will manage vacancies, post roles on Recruit+ and other platforms, build a candidate pipeline, and provide regular updates to Hiring Managers. The ideal candidate has a degree in HR or related field and prior experience in end-to-end recruitment, with strong communication and multitasking skills.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in HR, psychology, business administration, management, or related field.
• Preferably with experience in Talent Acquisition or Recruitment.
• Experience in candidate sourcing and end-to-end recruitment is an advantage.
• Familiarity with job portals and recruitment platforms such as Recruit+, JobStreet, and Indeed is preferred.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Good interviewing and candidate assessment skills.
• Organized, detail-oriented, and able to manage multiple vacancies simultaneously.
• Available for a 5-month project-based engagement.

Responsibilities

• Receives Manpower Requisition Forms and monitors assigned vacancies and manpower requirements.
• Posts approved job vacancies in Recruit+ and other recruitment platforms such as JobStreet, Indeed and LinkedIn.
• Sources qualified candidates through Recruit+, recruitment email, job portals, referrals, and other applicable platforms.
• Screens applications and shortlists qualified candidates based on position requirements.
• Schedules candidates for initial interviews and conducts interviews as required.
• Sends examinations to qualified candidates and conducts necessary follow-ups.
• Endorses qualified candidates for second and final interviews with Hiring Managers and follows up on interview results.
• Coordinates with Hiring Managers regarding interview schedules, candidate status, and recruitment progress.
• Follow up with candidates regarding interview schedules, assessments, and other recruitment-related requirements.
• Supports candidate sourcing and recruitment activities with Recruitment Partners/Head Hunters as required.
• Maintains and updates the list of current manpower needs and recruitment status.
• Provides regular recruitment updates to Hiring Managers and concerned stakeholders.
• Recruitment Activities and Partnerships: Coordinates with Recruitment Partners, Schools, and other external recruitment sources for candidate sourcing activities.
• Assists in job fairs, career fairs, and other recruitment activities as required during the project period.
• Prepares and monitors recruitment materials and requirements for assigned recruitment activities.
• Assists in maintaining an active candidate pipeline for current manpower requirements.
• Recruitment Reports and Documentation: Prepares and maintains recruitment trackers and reports on vacancy status, candidate pipeline, interviews, assessments, and recruitment updates.
• Ensures recruitment records and candidate information are accurate and updated in a timely manner.
• Provides recruitment updates and other Talent Acquisition reports as required.
