Job summary

PM Consulting in Pasig City is seeking a Talent Sourcing Manager to lead the sourcing function and develop strategies to attract, identify, and engage qualified candidates for the organization’s hiring requirements.

The role oversees sourcing activities, manages sourcing channels and pipelines, monitors team performance, and partners closely with Recruitment and Hiring teams to ensure a consistent and high-quality candidate pipeline.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in HR, psychology, business, or related field.
• 5–8+ years in recruitment or talent acquisition.
• 2–3 years leading sourcing or recruitment teams.
• Experience in tech/IT/digital industries preferred.
• Strong experience in end-to-end sourcing strategies, talent mapping, passive candidate engagement, and pipeline development.
• Proven experience managing multiple requisitions and competing hiring priorities.
• Strong knowledge of various sourcing channels, recruitment platforms, Boolean search, and talent research techniques.
• Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret sourcing metrics and recruitment data.
• Excellent communication, stakeholder management, coaching, and leadership skills.

Responsibilities

• Develop and implement sourcing strategies based on hiring priorities.
• Identify sourcing channels, platforms, networks for different roles.
• Conduct market mapping and talent research for diverse positions.
• Lead, manage, and develop a team of Sourcers or Talent Acquisition Specialists.
• Set team objectives, targets, and performance expectations.
• Coach and conduct performance reviews to improve sourcing capabilities.
• Oversee candidate identification and qualification through multiple channels.
• Build talent communities and pipelines for recurring roles.
• Maximize use of job boards, networks, social media, referrals, databases.
• Collaborate with Recruiters, HR, and Hiring Managers; provide market insights.
• Standardize sourcing processes and drive process improvements.
