Job summary

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required in HR, psychology, business, IT, CS, engineering, or related field.
• 2–4 years of experience in talent sourcing or recruiting, focusing on technical roles.
• Proven success sourcing for IT, software, fintech, telecom, and related industries.
• Strong Boolean search, market research, candidate engagement, and networking skills.

Responsibilities

• Source, attract, and engage qualified technical candidates for IT, software, fintech, and cyber roles.
• Build and maintain robust pipelines for hard-to-fill tech positions.
• Collaborate with recruiters and hiring managers to define profiles and sourcing strategies.
• Maintain ATS records, track metrics, and generate sourcing reports.
