Job summary

ELITE Resource Services is seeking a Learning Manager to lead Learning & Performance operations across multiple business units. You will ensure the right training at the right time, partner with Operations, Compliance, HR and SMEs, and drive performance improvements through structured learning solutions.

You will oversee content, curricula, and delivery across instructor-led, virtual, and blended formats, while guiding a distributed team and tracking outcomes with LMS data.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Business, HR, Education, OD or related field.
• 5+ years in Learning & Development, Training or Performance Management.
• 2+ years leading and managing teams.
• Experience doing training needs analysis and performance consulting.
• Knowledge of LMS and content development tools.

Responsibilities

• Lead Learning Strategy and Content Management across business units.
• Manage learning requests, resources, and timelines for onshore/offshore teams.
• Oversee instructor-led, virtual, and blended programs and enrollments.
• Coach and develop a team of learning professionals and provide feedback.
• Partner with stakeholders to identify performance gaps and measure outcomes.
• Ensure governance, SOP adherence, and continuous improvement in L&P.
