Job summary

PM Consulting is seeking an HR Learning and Development Manager to lead the organization’s learning and capability development initiatives. You will ensure employees and leaders acquire the skills and knowledge necessary for business growth and operational excellence.

You will oversee learning strategies, leadership development programs, and scalable learning solutions, working with HR and business leaders to close capability gaps and measure ROI across multiple sites.

Qualifications

• 10+ years of experience in Learning & Development, Training, Talent Development, or related HR function.
• Experience in multi-site, fast-paced, retail, restaurant, hospitality, FMCG, or similar operational environments.
• Proven ability to develop and implement learning strategies, curricula, and capability programs.
• Strong track record in leadership development and scalable learning solutions.
• Data-driven approach to measuring training effectiveness and business impact.

Responsibilities

• Develop and execute the organization’s Learning & Development strategy aligned with priorities.
• Lead design and implementation of learning frameworks, curricula, and programs.
• Manage academy or corporate learning programs for consistency and scalability.
• Oversee leadership development and management training to strengthen leadership pipeline.
• Partner with HR and leaders to identify training needs and capability gaps.
• Translate requirements into practical learning interventions and measure impact.
• Develop programs covering technical skills, functional capabilities, leadership, and culture.
• Establish training standards and manage internal/external facilitators and SMEs.
• Develop learning metrics, dashboards, and training effectiveness measures.
