Job summary

Foundever is seeking an experienced Learning Manager to lead on-site training programs for adult learners. You will hire, train and supervise Learning Managers and collaborate to design learning strategies across contact center teams.

The role emphasizes developing evaluation tools, aligning skill requirements with data, and coaching senior staff to sustain high-quality training delivery and facilitator effectiveness.

Qualifications

• Four-year college degree or equivalent directly related work experience.
• 3-5 years of proven success in training and development with coaching/mentoring.
• Solid understanding of training processes for adult learners.
• Proficient in Windows, Excel, Word, e-mail and Internet.
• Strong problem-solving, research and decision-making skills.
• Excellent interpersonal, organization and time management skills.
• Excellent listening and oral/written communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Oversee and ensure Learning Managers oversee training programs and learning experiences for adult learners on site.
• Hire, train and supervise a staff of Learning Managers.
• Help develop and implement training programs for contact center personnel.
• Develop evaluation instruments to assess training effectiveness.
• Identify skill and knowledge requirements through data analysis.
• Facilitate design of learning strategies in partnership with leadership.
• Coach Operations Managers, Learning Managers and Directors.
• Conduct the most complex training sessions in the absence of the Learning Manager.
• Evaluate and help develop standards for monitoring agents/representatives.
• Ensure feedback programs guide agents to correct problems.
• Conduct train-the-facilitator sessions to keep trainers effective.
