Job summary

PM Consulting is seeking a Learning & Development Manager to identify organizational needs, craft learning strategies, and oversee program delivery across multiple locations. You will partner with leaders to foster a strong learning culture and implement effective training across all levels.

The role requires 8–10 years of L&D experience, with 3–4 years in leadership, and a track record in end-to-end program design, D-learning, and analytics.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in HR, Psychology, Education, OD, Business Administration or related field.
• 8-10 years of progressive experience in Learning & Development or related HR function.
• At least 3-4 years in a managerial or leadership capacity.
• Strong experience in end-to-end L&D strategies and programs.
• Experience managing learning programs across multiple locations and sites.

Responsibilities

• Identify organizational and employee development needs and develop learning strategies and programs.
• Oversee training delivery, measure learning effectiveness, and partner with business leaders to build learning culture.
• Lead Training Needs Analysis (TNA) across departments and levels.
• Design and develop learning programs for frontline employees, supervisors, managers, and leaders.
• Oversee LMS and digital learning solutions; ensure tracking and reporting of progress and compliance.
• Develop leadership development programs and succession pathways.
• Establish standardized programs across branches while allowing location-specific customization.
