Qualifications

• 10+ years of experience in Learning & Development, Training, Talent Development, or a related HR function.
• Experience in multi-site, fast-paced environments such as retail, hospitality, or FMCG is preferred.
• Proven ability to design and implement learning strategies and leadership programs.

Responsibilities

• Lead the organization’s learning and capability development initiatives aligned with business goals.
• Develop learning frameworks, curricula, and leadership development programs across sites.
• Oversee corporate learning programs, ensuring consistency, scalability, and impact.
• Partner with HR and leaders to identify training needs and measure ROI.
• Translate requirements into practical learning interventions and dashboards.
