Job summary

Nexus Recruitment Group is seeking a Senior Officer/Supervisor of Learning & Development in the Philippines. You will coordinate and deliver talent development programs, oversee LMS operations, and lead a small L&D team to support business goals.

The role emphasizes hands-on program design, facilitation, and data-driven improvements, with collaboration across internal stakeholders to meet growth and capability-building targets.

Qualifications

• Experience in training design, coordination, and facilitation (in-person and/or virtual).
• Familiarity with learning technologies and LMS platforms.
• Strong organizational and communication skills across multiple stakeholders.
• Ability to analyze learning data and translate insights into improvements.
• Certification in training and development or instructional design is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate and manage learning and development programs, onboarding, and compliance modules.
• Facilitate in-person or virtual training sessions as needed.
• Support development of learning content, materials, and digital resources.
• Work with stakeholders to tailor programs to business needs.
• Track participation, completion rates, and training effectiveness.
• Support LMS implementation and maintenance, plus scheduling and logistics.
• Supervise junior L&D staff and assist with day-to-day tasks.
• Ensure alignment of initiatives with goals and capability-building frameworks.
