Job summary

Empower LLC in Manila seeks a Senior Manager, Stock Plan Participant Services to lead the daily operations of the Stock Plan Participant Services team, ensuring participants receive timely, accurate support across equity plans. Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required.
• Minimum 5 years in equity compensation or financial services.
• Experience supervising operations in a regulated environment.
• Knowledge of Rule 10b5-1 and Rule 144 transactions.
• Familiarity with FINRA/SEC requirements.

Responsibilities

• Provide day-to-day supervision, coaching, and performance management to meet service and operational goals.
• Oversee stock plan transactions and brokerage activities with strict controls.
• Monitor KPIs and drive process improvements for accuracy and efficiency.
• Escalate regulatory, operational, and participant issues per policy.
• Partner with cross-functional teams to deliver high-quality participant education and service.
