Job summary

Empower LLC in Manila, Philippines seeks a Stock Plans Consultant to educate and support employee shareholders across RSUs, NSOs, ISOs, PSUs, SARs and ESPP. You will be the primary contact for inquiries, explain vesting and tax implications, and guide participants through equity-related transactions in a fast-paced environment.

Qualified candidates have a Bachelor’s degree, 2+ years in equity compensation or financial services, FINRA licenses, CEP Level 1, and strong CRM and MS Office skills.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience.
• Minimum 2 years in equity compensation or related financial services.
• FINRA Series 7 and 63 required; Series 65/66 within corporate timelines.
• CEP Level 1 certification required or to be completed within 6–12 months.
• Knowledge of equity compensation vehicles (RSUs, NSOs, ISOs, PSUs, SARs, ESPP) and tax implications.
• Proficiency with CRM systems, stock plan platforms, MS Office, and reporting tools.

Responsibilities

• Serve as a primary point of contact for employee shareholders via inbound telephone interactions.
• Educate participants on structure, value, vesting, and timing of equity awards; translate complex concepts into actionable guidance.
• Connect equity education to broader financial wellness goals and assist with equity-related transactions.
• Maintain compliance with FINRA and SEC requirements and company policies.
• Collaborate with internal partners and support continuous improvement of shareholder experience.
