Job summary

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or related work experience.
• 7 years related work experience and 2-3 years management experience.
• In-depth knowledge of retirement industry, recordkeeping systems, plan document/provisions.

Responsibilities

• Oversee a team of 6 - 15 associates responsible for installation of new retirement plan sales.
• Staff training, mentoring, quality standards, reporting and performance appraisals.
• Lead process improvements and change management for new products and regulatory requirements.
