Empower in Manila seeks a Senior Manager for Retirement Solutions & Sales Support to lead a client-facing team and drive operational excellence. You will oversee hiring, onboarding, performance, and development while ensuring service quality aligns with business objectives.

The role partners with U.S.-based leadership to execute priorities, improve processes, and scale capabilities. Strong managershi p, communication, and strategic thinking are essential in a fast-paced environment.

Formación

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent combination of education and work experience.
• FINRA fingerprinting is required.
• FINRA Series 6, 63 and 26 required (or obtained within required timeframe).
• 5+ years of relevant work experience with management experience.
• Experience leading client-facing, sales support, service, or operations teams.
• Experience attracting, managing, and developing staff.
• Familiar with employee benefits and retirement plan recordkeeping processes.
• Strong leadership, communication, problem-solving, and relationship-management skills.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
• Experience with staffing, capacity planning, and budgetary responsibility.

Responsabilidades

• Lead and develop a team of professionals with clear performance expectations.
• Manage hiring, onboarding, performance, development, and retention.
• Oversee day-to-day operations to meet service and business objectives.
• Monitor workload and staffing; adjust to meet priorities.
• Provide escalation support for complex client, sales, service, and operational matters.
• Ensure work complies with procedures, controls, and regulatory requirements.
• Collaborate with U.S.-based leadership to align priorities and resolve issues.
• Identify process improvements to boost efficiency, quality, and client experience.
• Support organizational change and development of new capabilities in Manila.
