Job summary

Empower Finance in Metro Manila is seeking a Senior Manager Implementation to lead a team of 6–15 associates responsible for installing new retirement plan sales. You will mentor staff, manage performance, and ensure adherence to quality standards while coordinating with client contacts.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or related work experience.
• 7 years related work experience and 2-3 years management experience.
• In-depth knowledge of the retirement industry, recordkeeping systems, plan document/provisions.
• In-depth IRS/DOL reporting knowledge.
• In-depth regulatory compliance knowledge.
• Must be fluent in English.
• Must be available to work overnight hours.
• FINRA fingerprinting required.

Responsibilities

• Oversee a team of 6–15 associates responsible for the installation of new retirement plan sales.
• Staff training, mentoring, quality standards, reporting, disciplinary action, motivation, managing managers to identify staffing levels and forecasting strategies.
• Ensure quality assurance, survey results and gain/loss standards are upheld with direct reports.
• Provide change management leadership to new product offerings, process changes, regulatory requirements and service model enhancements.
• Perform conference calls and consult on incoming work with client contacts including partner sales and relationship managers, plan sponsors, advisers, and third party administrators.
• Respond to partner representatives and clients with appropriate resolutions on escalated issues.
• Lead projects to improve processes that enhance client and staff experience.
• Work with sales, relationship management and other teams on process optimization and service standards.
