Job summary

Empower Enterprise Philippines, Inc. in Manila is seeking a Client Service Manager to lead delivery of retirement plan services for a portfolio of 401(k) clients, coordinating plan administration and strong client relationships.

You will manage day-to-day communications, lead meetings, handle plan documents, contributions, and amendments, and collaborate with operations, legal, compliance, and tech teams to resolve issues.

Qualifications

• Associate’s degree or equivalent work experience in Business/Finance.
• 3+ years in the financial services industry.
• Knowledge of 401(k) retirement plans and retirement plan administration.
• Knowledge of ERISA, DOL, and IRS regulations related to retirement plans.

Responsibilities

• Serve as primary operational contact for an assigned portfolio of 401(k) retirement plans.
• Manage day-to-day client communications and coordinate plan administration activities.
• Lead client meetings and conference calls, track issues and actions, coordinate timely resolutions.
• Communicate plan status, compliance testing results, amendments, and product changes to clients.
