Job summary

Empower Enterprise Philippines, Inc. seeks a Senior Manager Client Services to oversee client service activities for plan sponsors and advisors. You will lead a team, implement policies, and ensure cost-effective, high-quality service across products and relationships.

You will coach staff, allocate resources, manage schedules, and handle escalations with legal/compliance while monitoring regulatory developments relevant to clients and operations.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in a related field or equivalent experience.
• 5+ years of relevant work experience in client services.
• Leadership experience with a client-facing service team.
• Experience attracting, managing, retaining, coaching, and developing staff.
• Familiarity with employee benefits recordkeeping systems and processes.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite.
• Fluency in English.
• Ability to work overnight hours.
• FINRA fingerprinting required.

Responsibilities

• Lead and oversee assigned Client Service Managers responsible for supporting plan sponsors and advisors.
• Ensure high-quality client service across products and client relationships in a cost-efficient manner.
• Provide leadership, coaching, performance management, and professional development to team members.
• Establish team objectives, allocate resources, and manage schedules to meet service goals.
• Oversee client complaints and regulatory matters per policies and procedures.
• Recommend policy changes and improve client service delivery.
• Monitor regulatory developments and assess impact on clients and processes.
• Partner with internal stakeholders to resolve escalated client service issues.
