Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree in related field, or equivalent work experience.
8–12 years of experience in revenue cycle management (preferred).
At least 4 years of experience in handling an RCM team (preferred).

Responsibilities

Manages daily operations across revenue cycle functions.
Drives performance on productivity, quality, service level, cash collections, and denial rates.
Develops strategies to improve efficiency and reimbursement outcomes.
Partners with payers, customers, and leaders to resolve complex issues.
Ensures compliance with payer, regulatory, and company policies.
Leads workforce planning, training, and employee development.
Uses data and analytics to identify trends and drive root cause analysis.
Leads operational projects and continuous improvement initiatives.
