Job summary

Cardinal Health is seeking an experienced leader for Customer Order Management in the Philippines. The role focuses on optimizing reimbursement processes, improving cash flow, and reducing denials across the revenue cycle, from insurance verification to accounts receivable activities.

You will supervise multiple revenue cycle functions, drive performance against key metrics, and develop strategies to enhance reimbursement outcomes.

Responsibilities

• Manages daily operations and supervises supervisors, team leads, and frontline employees across multiple revenue cycle functions.
• Drives performance against metrics including productivity, quality, service level, cash collections, denial rates, and customer experience.
• Develops and executes operational strategies that improve efficiency, reduce rework, and enhance reimbursement outcomes.
• Partners with cross-functional teams, payers, customers, and business leaders to resolve complex operational issues.
• Ensures compliance with payer, regulatory, and company policies and procedures.
• Leads workforce planning, staffing, training, and employee development initiatives.
• Utilizes data, reporting, and analytics to identify trends, drive root cause analysis, and implement corrective actions.
• Manages operational projects and continuous improvement initiatives to support business objectives.
• Builds leadership capability within the organization through coaching, mentoring, and succession planning.
• Influences stakeholders and gains alignment across various levels of the organization to achieve desired business outcomes.
