Job summary

Cardinal Health International Philippines Inc. is seeking a Representative II, Customer Service Operations to process orders for distribution centers and internal customers, aligning with scheduling, demand planning and inventory, and to respond to questions with delays and resolutions.

The role also handles non-routine orders and ensures special requirements are met. The incumbent uses SAP and internal systems to enter orders, track status, and communicate with internal stakeholders,

Qualifications

1-3 years of experience, preferred.
Senior High School graduate, completed 2 years in college, GED or equivalent work experience, preferred.
Able to handle calls and emails as part of routine tasks.

Responsibilities

Processes routine customer orders according to established demand plans, schedules and lead times using SAP and other internal systems.
Responds to inquiries from internal customers regarding order tracking and statuses.
Identifies and communicates resolutions to order delays and product availability.
Uses dashboards and reports to identify order issues and communicates insights.
Coordinates with planners and other stakeholders regarding customer issues.
For international shipping or special orders, coordinates with Quality and Global Trade teams.
Processes orders for product samples and trials with Marketing.
