The role emphasizes policy development, guideline adherence, and cross-functional collaboration across teams and suppliers. The position requires 3–5 years of managerial experience in a BPO, a related degree, and comfort with hybrid work and US-hour scheduling at the BGC site.

Qualifications

• Must have 3–5 years of managerial experience in a BPO setup.
• Bachelor’s degree in a related field or equivalent work experience preferred.
• Healthcare customer service account experience preferred.
• Proven experience leading teams in a high-volume, fast-paced environment.
• Strong analytical, communication, and stakeholder-management skills.
• Willing to work hybrid and US hours in BGC (Bonifacio Global City).

• Manages department operations and supervises professional employees, front line supervisors and/or business support staff.
• Participates in the development of policies and procedures to achieve specific goals.
• Ensures employees operate within guidelines.
