Qualifications

• 2+ years leading both entry and mid-level individual contributors (front-line and back-office) preferred (external)
• 3+ years as a point-of-contact / acting team lead preferred (internal)
• 5+ years leading both entry and mid-level contributors required (external)
• Experience with Finance, Distribution Centers, Logistics, Sales/Account Management, and cross-functional teams
• Healthcare/logistics/supply chain/customer management background preferred (external)
• Proficient with SFDC, Interactive Desktop, ICBM, Verint
• Advanced MS Office and productivity tools usage
• Strong leadership track record (internal & external)
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Bachelor's degree or equivalent work experience
