Job summary

Cardinal Health is hiring a Customer Order Management supervisor in Taguig on a hybrid setup with US hours. You will oversee day-to-day revenue cycle activities including insurance verification, prior authorization, claims processing, denial management, and reimbursement operations to ensure accuracy, efficiency, and timely revenue capture.

You will coach and develop team members, monitor performance, ensure policy compliance, and collaborate with cross-functional partners to optimize processes

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree preferred or equivalent work experience.

Responsibilities

• Supervises the day-to-day activities of revenue cycle team members and ensures operational goals are met.
• Monitors productivity, quality, service levels, and compliance with established policies and procedures.
• Provides coaching, performance feedback, and development support to team members.
• Resolves routine operational issues and escalates complex concerns as appropriate.
• Collaborates with peers, managers, and cross-functional partners to improve processes and customer outcomes.
• Uses reporting and data analysis to identify trends, address performance gaps, and drive continuous improvement.
• Ensures timely and accurate completion of insurance verification, prior authorization, claims, denial management, and other revenue cycle activities.
• Communicates effectively with team members, stakeholders, and customers to support operational success.
• Implements and reinforces process changes, best practices, and quality standards.
• Decisions primarily impact team performance, customer experience, and operational results.
