Job summary

CGI (PHILIPPINES) INC. is seeking an IT Intake / BSA to support intake, analysis, solution design, and delivery of technology initiatives. You will gather requirements, coordinate intake items, support estimation and solution discussions, and provide regular updates to stakeholders.

The role requires 2–3 years in IT support, a degree in CS/Business, and experience with SQL, Azure DevOps, and Agile/Scrum. Strong communication and organizational skills are essential as you collaborate with

Qualifications

2-3 years of experience in a Project Coordinator, PCO, Intake Analyst, or similar IT support role.
A degree or diploma in Computer Science, Business, or a related field.
Proven track record supporting large, complex IT programs in enterprise environments.
Experience in Business Analysis, Business Systems Analysis, Intake Analysis, or similar roles.
Strong requirements gathering, documentation, and stakeholder management skills.
Experience with SQL, Azure DevOps, and Agile/Scrum.
Strong communication, analytical thinking, and organizational skills.
Experience in Financial Services, ideally Capital Markets, is an asset.
Experience with Application and/or Architecture Development is also considered an asset.

Responsibilities

Gather and document business and system requirements.
Coordinate assigned intake items from initiation through solution design and estimate.
Facilitate discussions with business and technology stakeholders.
Prepare and validate solution documentation.
Track status, priorities, and next steps for assigned work.
Support implementation, testing, and continuous improvement activities.
Maintain strong communication with requestors, managers, and delivery partners.
