Job summary

Seven Seven Global Services, Inc. in Pasig City seeks a Solutions Analyst to translate business requirements into end-to-end delivery solutions across order capture, provisioning, billing, collections, customer care, and reporting.

You will lead requirements gathering, write user stories and acceptance criteria, define interfaces and data migration plans, and support SIT/UAT and go-live readiness to ensure successful product delivery.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in IT, Computer Science, Engineering, Business, or a related field.
• 8+ years of experience in Solutions Analysis, Systems Analysis, or Business Analysis.
• 3+ years in large-scale Product, CRM, billing, order management, or enterprise transformation programs.
• Strong experience in systems integration, APIs, data migration, and cutover planning.
• Experience working with SI vendors and multiple project/workstreams.
• Hands-on experience supporting SIT/UAT, cutover, go-live, and hypercare.
• Strong requirements documentation, process mapping, and stakeholder management.
• Telco/fixed broadband experience is strongly preferred.
• IIBA/CBAP/CCBA or Agile certifications are advantageous.

Responsibilities

• Lead requirements gathering, discovery, and scope definition for product initiatives.
• Translate business needs into user stories, business rules, and acceptance criteria.
• Define end-to-end requirements for integrations, APIs, interfaces, and external systems.
• Support data migration, mapping, reconciliation, cutover planning, and go-live readiness.
• Define non-functional requirements covering performance, security, availability, audit, and monitoring.
• Support SIT/UAT, including test scenarios, traceability, and defect clarification.
• Ensure operational readiness through runbooks, support processes, monitoring, and hypercare.
• Facilitate discussions with business users, IT teams, vendors, and stakeholders.
• Review vendor solutions and alignment with approved requirements and processes.
• Provide regular updates on scope, risks, decisions, and release readiness.

We are looking for a Solutions Analyst who will translate business requirements into clear, implementation-ready solutions for end-to-end Product Delivery processes, including order capture, provisioning, billing, collections, customer care, and reporting.

Key Responsibilities

Preferred Certifications

• IIBA / CBAP / CCBA or equivalent

• Agile certification such as PSM, CSM, or SAFe

• ITIL Foundation

• TM Forum training/certification is a plus
